Wij respecteren jouw Privacy
Develop Potential respecteert je privacy.
Deze privacy policy is van toepassing op de bescherming van jouw persoonsgegevens en is in regel met de nieuwe Europese Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) die van kracht wordt vanaf 25 mei 2018.
VERZAMELING EN REGISTRATIE VAN PERSOONSGEGEVENS
Develop Potential registreert je persoonsgegevens doordat je je aanmeldt voor een opleiding of een specialisatie. Je verstrekt zelf de gevraagde gegevens.
Om in te schrijven voor de opleidingen, specialisaties en workshops vragen wij je naam en voornaam, telefoonnummer, adres en e-mail adres. Om te kunnen factureren vragen wij tevens jouw praktijkgegevens. De gegevensverwerving gebeurt aan de hand van standaard (inschrijf)formulieren en worden vertrouwelijk behandeld.
Overeenkomstig de wet ter bescherming van de Persoonlijke Levenssfeer van 8 december 1992, het Koninklijk Besluit van 4 april 2003 en de General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) die op 25 mei 2018 van kracht wordt en waaraan alle Europese organisaties zich moeten houden inzake persoonlijke gegevens, heb je te allen tijde het recht om die gegevens in te zien, te wijzigen en te laten verwijderen.
GEBRUIK VAN JE GEGEVENS
Je gevens worden enkel gebruikt om onze dienstverlening optimaal te laten verlopen :
- voor boekhouding, betaling, facturatie;
- voor mailing via nieuwsbrieven (via Mailchimp);
- om te mailen/bellen in dringende gevallen voor annulering of verplaatsing van activiteiten.
Je gegevens worden veilig bewaard en niet gedeeld met derden.
Je gegevens kunnen intern gebruikt worden voor statistische doeleinden.

Wil je inzage in je persoonlijke gegevens of wil je wijzigingen aanbrengen, dan dien je - samen met je verzoek - je te legitimeren door een kopie van je identiteitskaart.
Indien je verzoek terecht is, zal Develop Potential je verzoek inwilligen.
Je hebt de mogelijkheid klacht in te dienen bij de privacycommissie via https://www.privacycommission.be/nl of via de Commissie voor de bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussel.

This privacy policy applies to the protection of your personal data and complies with the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes into force on 25 May 2018.
COLLECTION AND RECORDING OF PERSONAL DATA
Develop Potential records your personal data when you enrol on a course or specialisation. You provide the requested information yourself.
To enrol on courses, specialisations and workshops, we ask for your surname and first name, telephone number, address and email address. For invoicing purposes, we also ask for your practice details. The data is collected via standard (enrolment) forms and is treated confidentially.
In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Privacy of 8 December 1992, the Royal Decree of 4 April 2003 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes into force on 25 May 2018 and which all European organisations must comply with regarding personal data, you have the right at any time to access, amend and have that data deleted.
USE OF YOUR DATA
Your data will only be used to ensure our services run as smoothly as possible:
- for bookkeeping, payments and invoicing;
- for sending newsletters (via Mailchimp);
- to contact you by email or telephone in urgent cases regarding the cancellation or rescheduling of activities.
Your data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties.
Your data may be used internally for statistical purposes.

If your request is justified, Develop Potential will comply with it.
